4 Months

Mary Clark was four months on the 25th. I have not been good about writing a quick little tid bit at her month birthdays but I am going to try and start!
So, we went to visit Doc Stone today and here are your marks sweet girl..
11lbs and 13 ounces -20th percentile
25 and 1/4 inches long -90th percentile
16 inch head circ.-70th percentile
You did very well with your shots.. Daddy calmed you down much faster than I did last time... and we drove straight to the store to buy OATMEAL CEREAL! We'll try some tonight!
You have been so much fun this last month: squealing and giggling constantly, grabbing everything in sight, watching your brother run around and bark at the thunder and my favorite.. you can take your passy out of my mouth and put it in yours! You have to concentrate very hard but it is ADORABLE!!! We love you little Kitty Cat!

okay, enough posts for a while.. see you in a couple weeks!

Mary Clark's Baptism

Mary Clark was baptised today; it was a WONDERFUL day. Here is the sweet little invitation I sent to our family. Trinity, the music and service was beautiful. One other sweet little girl was also baptized. I hope she and Mary Clark will be little Sunday School buddies one day.
Getting her ready...

We are all looking at different cameras!!

The family.. Mary Clark is one lucky girl..

Mary Clark's Godparents, Uncle Britton and Aunt Lindsey.. and our PRECIOUS Godson, Pollard.
Thank all three of you for spending this special day with us...it would not have been the same without you. We can't wait to see you all again soon.

Mary Clark's other Godmother.. yes.. she truly blessed, she has two Godmothers...

Gigi and Grandaddy with her...

Pee Pie and Nana

Uncle Dewayne and Aunt Caitlin

Mae Mae and Phil

I had to share this one.. have you ever seen anything so cute!

We had several other friends attend the service with us but I had packed up the camera. Thank you all so much for coming.

On to Riverchase for lunch, Mom and I had so much fun making these arrangements. All the hydrangeas are from our yards!

Mae Mae

This past week Mae Mae came to stay with us and keep Mary Clark. We were so excited for her to get here last Sunday. She arrived with tons of energy and her Diet Coke! (Mae Mae loves her Diet Coke). Mary Ann (Mae Mae) recently retired after 34 years of teaching! We are so excited for her and I know Heath is so proud that she hung in there for so long. She will now be keeping twin girls as an occupation so this week was GREAT PRACTICE!!

Here is Mary Clark and her Mae Mae this week..
and at the hospital.... Mary Clark has changed so much since Mae Mae was last here..

Here is Mary Clark after one of her baths last week... Mae Mae would look over my shoulder and Mary Clark would grin from ear to ear..

Here they are at Mary Clark's baptism.. (next post)...

Father's Day

So we've had a busy couple of weeks around here.. kicked off by Father's Day. It was Heath's first and I hope it was special for him! His Mom "Mae Mae" was coming in town so we planned a big cookout at our house... real casual, perfect for Heath! I of course had flowers from the yard for him.. (I am sure he just loved them!) He received a few other gifts as well.
Here is Pee Pie with Mary Clark...

And here she is helping Mommy make Daddy his dessert! (Sopapilla Cheesecake)

Random :)

So, I apologize for the randomness of this post.. lots rolled into one but now that I am back at work I don't have as much time!

Our dear friends Cameron and Beth - AND JULIA! (GORGEOUS GIRL) came over last night and Beth and I discussed how the girls seem to grow so fast that you don't have a chance to get them in all the precious clothes they have. So I thought I'd document a few of Mary Clark's dresses so in case I don't take pictures when she wears them I'll be able to remember! This may be a bit silly but... who cares:) Keep scrolling for the real update...

This dress was given to her by a dear friend from my UAB days.. so sweet

Was supposed to be her Easter dress this year but she was too small, we'll wear it sometime..
For Christmas this year..

A more casual Christmas...

GAMEDAY!

Frog Princesses

Popsickles!

So that's the end of the fashion show.. now on to what we've been up to.
This is Mary Clark BEFORE her meltdown at Mafiaoza's on Friday night. We met Melanie, Tim and Little Tim (who was PERFECT and didn't make a peep)...
Mary Clark got hot and just completely lost it.. we had to leave early and she of course fell asleep before we got even half way home.. typical. We'll try again Melanie and Tims :)

Henry has had an exciting couple of weeks. We have new next door neighbors. We sure miss Jennifer, Mark, the girls and Ethan but Henry LOVES his new neighbor....

Howie, the Labradoodle...

He is PRECIOUS, they are the same age so CHASE is the name of the game around here!

Photo Shoot, so I have something set up for Mary Clark when she is 8 mths, I've been told that is a great age to get good photos. I am still going to take her to get a mini shoot done soon but haven't scheduled anything yet. So, I took some photos of her.. here are a few..

Splish Splash... so Mary Clark has been swimming up a storm... :)
Mandy, Sam and sweet Jack were in town this weekend so we met them at Ross Bridge for some pool time..

These are from Memorial Day at Riverchase... Heath and Dewayne are attacking my sweet Dad with water bazookas... NOT VERY NICE BOYS!

Here are some of the water princess...
